Who Is Moreton Realty?

While the Moreton Realty name is new, the person behind it is far from a stranger to the industry.

Founded by Sam Caruso, a Licensed Real Estate Agent for over 20 years, he is also a Licensed Builder with over 40 years’ experience in the residential building industry.

Now focusing mostly on the Real Estate industry, Sam hopes to bring his vast experience, honesty, and expertise to provide benefits to customers, both sellers and buyers.

With the Moreton Bay region due for enormous population growth over the coming years, the growth in new developments and the construction of new homes will create fantastic opportunities for employment and new families moving to the area.
